I volunteer with a local theater group, and our next production needs a wig that works with a fairly simple costume. The costume includes a dark jacket and a pale scarf, so the hair color will be quite visible beside the face. We can borrow samples in warmer brown, cooler brown, and muted red, but we will eventually need to select just one. I have been reading about personal palettes and came across this reference while looking for background on color analysis as a starting point for further reading. I would treat that as a starting point for questions, since a stage character does not have to follow everyday style advice. A sample looks different in the rehearsal room than near the stage, and I want the final choice to account for that. Should we begin with a daylight comparison and then repeat it on stage, or do the costume and stage lights take priority? Please share a workable way to compare these options together, so the decision does not depend entirely on one volunteer’s first impression. Назад в раздел |
